1. Data protection at a glance

General notes

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to identify you personally. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in this privacy policy.

Data collection on this website

Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Its contact details can be found in the section “Controller” in this privacy policy. Your data is collected, on the one hand, by you providing it to us, for example via our contact and project inquiry forms. Other data is collected automatically, or after your consent, when you visit the website through our IT systems, in particular technical data such as browser, operating system or the time the page was accessed.

2. Hosting

Cloudflare Pages

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA (“Cloudflare”). When you visit our website, your data is processed on Cloudflare's servers. This may include the transfer of personal data to Cloudflare. For the delivery of the website and for reasons of IT security, server log data (e.g. IP address, page accessed, date and time, volume of data transferred) is processed.

Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The use of Cloudflare is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the most secure and reliable provision of our website possible. Processing is safeguarded by a data processing agreement with Cloudflare.

Content management system and images

Some content on this website (references, technical articles, contact persons and contact details) is maintained in a content management system. It is operated on our behalf by Upscaled Media GmbH, Am Metternicher Bahnhof 10, 56072 Koblenz, Germany, on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. The content is retrieved when the website is built; no connection to this system is made when you visit the website. Images uploaded to the content management system are stored with Cloudflare (R2 storage, data location EU) and delivered via our own domain. Data processing agreements are in place with both service providers.

3. General information and mandatory information

Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this website is:

Infrasolute GmbH
An den Kreuzen 3
56154 Boppard
Phone: +49 6742 8599600
Email: [email protected]

The controller is the natural or legal person who alone or jointly with others decides on the purposes and means of processing personal data.

Storage period

Unless a more specific storage period has been stated in this privacy policy, your personal data will remain with us until the purpose for the data processing no longer applies. If you assert a legitimate request for deletion or revoke your consent to data processing, your data will be deleted unless we have other legally permissible reasons for storing your personal data.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. When SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

4. Contact and project inquiry forms

If you send us inquiries via our forms (contact form, project inquiry), your details from the form, including the contact data you provide there (e.g. name, company, email address, phone number) as well as your chosen information on structure type, monitoring goal and your message, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR, where your inquiry relates to the performance of a contract or is necessary for carrying out pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) or on your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR), where this has been obtained. Consent can be revoked at any time.

Storage and notification

Your inquiry is stored in a Cloudflare database (Cloudflare D1, location Western Europe) so that it is not lost if e-mail delivery fails. We also store how you reached our website (e.g. search engine, advertisement or campaign parameters in the address such as utm_source or gclid, the first page visited and the referring website). This information is only transmitted together with your inquiry and helps us evaluate which advertising leads to inquiries.

We are notified of your inquiry by e-mail. For sending, we use the Resend service of Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Resend processes the content of your inquiry for this purpose. The service is operated on our behalf by our agency, Upscaled Media GmbH. Data processing agreements are in place with the providers; transfers to the USA are safeguarded by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR.

The data you enter in the form remains with us until you ask us to delete it, revoke your consent to storage, or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular retention periods, remain unaffected.

5. Fonts (local integration)

This website uses locally embedded fonts (web fonts) for the uniform display of typefaces. The fonts are installed on our hosting server and delivered from there. No connection to servers operated by Google or other third parties is established for this purpose, and no data is transferred to third parties.

6. Cookies, consent and analytics

Consent management (Cloudflare Zaraz)

On your first visit, a banner asks which services you consent to. We manage consent with Cloudflare Zaraz (provider Cloudflare, see section 2). Your choice is stored in a technically necessary cookie. You can change or withdraw it at any time via the link in the footer of every page. Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are set. The legal basis for consent management is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR in conjunction with Section 25 (2) TDDDG; for the services themselves, your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG.

Google Analytics 4 (purpose “Analytics”)

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 from Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to evaluate how the website is used (pages viewed, time on page, origin, device). Google Analytics is integrated server-side via Cloudflare Zaraz; your IP address is not passed on to Google. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Google Ads conversion tracking (purpose “Marketing”)

With your consent, we measure whether a visit via a Google ad leads to an inquiry, a call or an e-mail. For this purpose, Google sets a cookie when you reach our website via an ad. Without consent, Google Ads works in a restricted mode without cookies (Google Consent Mode). The provider is Google Ireland Limited; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

LinkedIn Insight Tag (purpose “Marketing”)

With your consent, we use the LinkedIn Insight Tag from LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland. It measures the effectiveness of our advertising on LinkedIn and allows anonymous evaluations of visitors (e.g. industry or company size). LinkedIn is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
